The Helly Hansen Arctic Patrol Winter Boot battles extreme conditions. Several components work together to keep you warm; there is 600g of Primaloft® insulation, an aluminum shield blocker below the foot to block the cold, and a removable felt sock liner with a faux Shearling cuff. A protective rubber shell and a coated textile upper with sealed seams will keep moisture out, and the HH® Max-Grip and HH® Surround Grip provide excellent traction in arctic conditions.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
