We know you care about the environment. Which is why Helly Hansen’s Alpha Zero Fleece Jacket is made from 95% Recycled Polyester and designed in a style with minimizes fabric waste. But don’t think Hansen skimped on features: the jacket is made out of a slick fleece fabric with DWR water-repellent treatment. The flatlock seams offer extra comfort, and 5% elastane provides a bit of stretch. In the Alpha fleece, you’ll feel good and look good too.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
