The Head Pure Joy Ski System with Joy 9 GW Bindings is a ski for intermediate to advanced skiers. It features LYT Tech construction for better steering at slow speeds, more stability at high speeds, and effortless control throughout turns. The Power Sidewall Construction features durable ABS material, giving the ski better vibration dampening, along with Head’s super unique EMC Technology, which converts kinetic energy to electric energy. Thanks to a women-specific camber and super lightweight distribution of material throughout the length of the ski, the Pure Joy is forgiving, versatile, and easy to turn. It’s called Pure Joy for a good reason.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
