The Gordini MTN Crew Artist Mitt is a dependable mitten with a custom flair. The exterior shell is made with CLUTCH® Synthetic leather. This 60% nylon and 40% polyurethane material is durable and water resistant. Plus, it looks fantastic, thanks to the mitten's embellished artwork. On the inside, the insert features Gordini’s Aquabloc® technology, which is waterproof, windproof, and breathable. Insulation-wise, this mitten is packed to the brim with 600-fill DownTek™ (goose down and goose feathers) with high-pile fleece lining on the back of the hand and a separate moisture-wicking lining on the palm. The cuff of the mitt is made of neoprene and features a hook-and-loop closure. Plus, an additional wrist leash on the mittens keeps them nearby when you need to air out or take a photo of your beautiful surroundings. The MTN Crew Mitts look great and function even better. Return Policy
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

What is Standard shipping?
Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
When will it get here?
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
