The Giro Neo™ MIPS® Helmet offers a customized fit and the performance features you need out on the mountain. Firstly, Giro’s In-Form™ Fit System that at the back of the helmet, allows you to customize the size of this helmet with just a few clicks of the dial. To help keep the weight low and provide a low-profile fit, the Neo's In-Mold construction means the protective foam is bonded straight to the outer shell for a comfortable fit. The MIPS® Technology reduces rotational forces that may be transferred to the rider's brain in certain impacts so you can ride the half-pipe or cruise the backcountry with confidence and, most importantly, top-rated protection.

Return Policy
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

What is Standard shipping?
Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
When will it get here?
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.

Do you ship outside of the US?
