The Giro Avera™ MIPS® Helmet is one of the most customizable helmets on the market, making it perfect for fine-tuning your fit so you can enjoy your ride. It's built around an In Form™ Fit System, which allows for precision adjustment that hits the sweet spot of safety and comfort. And paired with the adjustable Thermostat Control™ makes it easy to adjust the temperature to make this helmet feel exactly the way you want. Most importantly, the MIPS® Technology uses an elastic sliding layer inside your standard snow helmet foam to help dissipate the energy of high-angle falls, and the helmet is fully certified for your protection.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
