Now, the Phase Pro Step on boots are the best of both worlds. They feature Step On technology that is so convenient it’ll make your head spin. Plus, they’re loaded with all the same cutting-edge DC technology. For example, they boast a Dual BOA® Fit System with H4 Coiler Tongue Dial. The BOA® Fit System allows you to crank down and get the perfect fit. No more frozen laces! On the inside, they even have an Internal Ankle Harness controlled by a BOA® Dial. Plus, a Superlock Heal Harness to prevent heel slippage. On the inside, the Phase Pro Step On boots come with DC’s Response Liner III with PrimaLoft® insulation. Talk about warm and cozy! The boot is grounded upon a molded Impact-ALG Insole, absorbing vibration and shocks from rough landings. The Phase Pro Step On Boots are DC’s most advanced boots to date. Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
