The fit is slightly narrower with a last width range of 97-104mm compared to other Ecorce models and perfect for skiers who like tight-fitting boots with unprecedented foothold and support. The Polyamide PA12 Grilamid shell is easy to open and close, cradling your foot like a traditional ski boot and the GripWalk® soles deliver outstanding walking comfort and a dependable grip on slippery surfaces. On the inside, the interior Cambium boot is made with reinforced microfiber synthetic material and PrimaLoft® insulation. Once the shell is removed, the Cambium boots remain extremely comfortable and suitable for enjoying the base of the ski hill or walking to and from the car. Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

What is Standard shipping?
Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
When will it get here?
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
