The Grilamid Shell and two micro-adjust aluminum buckles per boot work together to give you all the support you need and push your power down through the Aluminum Power Beam riding at the back of the boot. It also features GripWalk® soles that enhance walking comfort and provide superior traction on slippery or uneven surfaces to keep you surefooted. But there's comfort off the mountain too, when you step out of the shell with the integrated Walk Boot that forms part of the modular design. Serving as the liner of your boot while skiing, this walk boot features PrimaLoft® insulation to keep you warm après, and a Trilock Sole ensuring confident footing on or off the slopes.

Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

What is Standard shipping?
Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
When will it get here?
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.

Do you ship outside of the US?
