The Connelly Classic Neo Vest is designed to keep your little ones safe on the water. This U.S. Coast Guard Approved Type III and II vest has a “V” shape flex back panel provides a comfortable fit for a wide range of body types. It has a full-length front zipper with adjustable straps so you can also dial in the fit. If your little ones are still learning the basics of water safety and swimming, the Connelly Classic Neo Vest offers a safety neck with an adjustable crotch strap to keep the vest securely in place and a neck handle so you can easily lend a helping hand.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
