The CAPiTA Mega Merc Snowboard is the ultimate any-time, any-day, and condition freeride machine. The Mega Merc mimics the Mercury Snowboard series while adding futuristic technological upgrades. This year, the Mega Merc features the new Hybrid Holysheet Tri/Tri Mega Carbon construction. It also has the new Megadrive XT base. The FSC-Certified Thermopolymer Core marries sustainable wood with recycled plastics, and the Megacarbon layup further bolsters the board and adds strength. Plus, the Megalite Skin top sheet is one of CAPiTA's most durable designs. The Mega Merc is the one board that will retire all the rest you have in your quiver. Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
