The Burton Process Wide Snowboard is an all-mountain board with a tendency for freestyle riding. It’s so good at what it does that the Process is Burton Pro Rider Mark McMorris’ favorite for all-terrain riding. The Pure Pop Camber bend mixed with the Twin Flex is super soft and playful. Plus, the Triax Fiberglass provides a versatile riding experience characterized by poppy playfulness and powerful carving. All of this is finished off with Frostbite Edges for maximum carving power and a durable Sintered Base.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
