The Burton Ion Step On® BOA® Snowboard Boot combines two great things, one a long-time favorite and the other a new innovation. You get the classic Ion performance, with a Life Liner that uses Tuff Cuff Lite and DRYRIDE Heat Cycle™ technology combining support and comfort while the Firm Flex PowerUP Tongue ensures all of your energy flows through the Vibram® EcoStep outsole down to the snow. On top of that, it uses Burton’s Step On® Technology, which uses two hooks at the front and a cleat on the Step On® Backstay to attach directly to Step On® Compatible bindings. That allows you to get riding quicker after unloading the lift, and also allows the Snugger Strap to use it’s BOA® to help you dial in uncompromised heel hold for the best performance possible.

Return Policy
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

What is Standard shipping?
Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
When will it get here?
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
Note: Shipping carriers deliver Monday-Friday.

Do you ship outside of the US?
