The Highshot X serves as the middle-range model in the Highshot lineup with a wide fit for riders who need extra width in the forefoot. The Highshot X Step On® is a firm flexing boot designed for all-mountain and freestyle snowboarders. It features a Dual Zone BOA® cosure system with upgraded New England Ropes TX3 laces. The Dual Zone BOA® offers adjustability into distinct upper and lower zones. And the PowerUP Tongue offers that firm flex personality. On the inside, you will find an Imprint™ 3 Liner packed with features like DRYRIDE™ Heat Cycle technology, a Hook and Loop Closure for extra snugness, and a Focus Cuff. The Highshot X Step On® shell has an Articulated Cuff to prevent shell distortion and 1:1 lasting for a seamless fit. Underfoot, the Highshot X Step On® comes with a X Pro Firm Vibram® Traction Lug Outsole made with EcoStep rubber. The Highshot X Step On® Wide represents Burton’s latest and greatest. Return Policy
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

What is Standard shipping?
Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
When will it get here?
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
