The Highshot X Pro Step On® is for riders who desire a firm flexing boot designed for all-mountain freeriding and freestyle. It features a new Triple Zone Boa® Perform Fit closure system with upgraded New England Ropes TX3 laces. The Triple Zone BOA® system offers adjustability in three distinct upper, lower, and ankle zones. On the inside, this boot has Burton’s Asym Life Liner with DRYRIDE™ Heat Cycle technology. Also on the inside is an updated Ankle Hammock Cuff to prevent heel slippage. The exterior shell has an Articulated Cuff to prevent shell distortion and 1:1 lasting. Return Policy
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

What is Standard shipping?
Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
When will it get here?
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
