This jacket has all the right pockets– microfleece hand-warmer pockets, chest pockets, and a bicep pocket for your ski pass. Plus, interior mesh dump pockets and a zippered media pocket with insulation to keep your smartphone from freezing. Then, when it’s time to blow off steam, mesh-lined No-Snag Pit Zip™ Vents offer optimal breathability. Up top, you’ll find Burton’s StormForm Fulltime Contour™ Hood with Cohesive™ Embedded Cinch and Hood Length Adjustment. Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
