The Bula Charm Beanie is designed to be the perfect accent to your winter gear – from the mountain to après. Made from acrylic knit and merino wool, this hat is naturally soft, breathable, and warm. It also has a debossed fleece liner that helps train heat and keeps you more comfortable on those colder days. In terms of style, it has a unique knit patterning throughout complete with a yarn pom for that winter-inspired look.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
