The Black Diamond Flare Headlamp is NOT designed to give you the power of the sun in your pocket. It’s built different, with an ultra-compact design that makes it easy to throw in your pack, in your glovebox, or anywhere you can’t do without illumination in an emergency. It can safely stay there until you need it. The mechanical lockout will prevent it from turning on by mistake, allowing it to lie in wait for up to ten years until you need it. Then when the need strikes, simply use the toggle-adjustable strap to mount the light where you need it and put 40 Lumens of power to work for you.

Return Policy
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

What is Standard shipping?
Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
When will it get here?
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.

Do you ship outside of the US?
