The heat-moldable Memory Fit with a Mimic Gold Liner can be molded to the exact shape of your foot, and the BOA® Fit System wraps around the shell to provide a secure foothold for the perfect and most comfortable fit. The cuff offers 54°of natural movement for a more relaxed walking gate and greater comfort when standing, while the GripWalk® sole provides an excellent grip, even when you're not on your skis.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
