The Obermeyer Renegade Ski Jacket is a coat that will keep him warm and dry, and also looking cool. The Renegade Jacket has a freeride fit that's a little looser and more snowboard inspired. It also has all the features boys require, like pockets for holding gear, a powder skirt to keep him dry, and durable construction to stand up to his abuse. 10K waterproof fabric and taped seams will keep him nice and dry. In fact, it's the same waterproofing you see in a lot of adults' gear. Obermeyer also put plenty of insulation in the Renegade, but they made sure it was light and low-profile so he won't feel bulky.

"The I-Grow feature is only found in the toddler gear. This jacket does not offer that feature."
