"This is a shell only so it is, as the title says, a rain jacket. You'd probably want an insulated jacket for temperatures in the 30's and 40's. Or maybe a down jacket underneath to keep you warm. I'd recommend the Columbia Platinum TurboDown 860 Omni-Heat Jacket, the Spyder Timeless Down Jacket, or the Patagonia Down Sweater Jacket!"
