"Neve is a very nice brand. Here is the sizing for this mid layer. A small is chest size 38 and sleeve 32.5", a medium is a chest size 40 and sleeve 33.5", a large is a chest size 42 and sleeve 34.5", and a extra large is a chest size 44 and sleeve 35.5". "
