"Jackets can not be rated with temperature ratings because everyone is different. Depending on if you get cold easily or how active you are all determines how warm this jacket will be for you. I can tell you that this has 100g of Thinsulate insulation which will keep you pretty warm in cold conditions. For very cold weather, I would suggest throwing on some Hot Chillys Thermals."
