Obermeyer's Kensington Ski Jacket is designed for all-weather comfort. The insulation is a little heavier to provide more warmth, but there are also Control Zone Vents that she can zip open if she begins to get too warm. The Kensington Jacket is waterproof so it's definitely appropriate for skiing. And it comes fully stocked with all the features she needs on the slopes. Full range-of-motion sleeves give her freedom to move, adjustable cuffs and a removable hood keep out the snow, and a bunch of internal and external pockets hold all of her gear.

"I want to order my daughter the Obermeyer Kensington jacket in pool green and matching ski pants. Would the Brooke ski pant in cosmic blue match? I'm wary of going by the colors as they appear on my computer. Is it a similar blue on this jacket? or is it more of a purple?

"Yes, the Brooke Ski Pant in the either the Blue Hawaii, Provence Plaid, or the Cosmic Blue would match. The Cosmic Blue color is more of a purple color though, but that same color is on some of the stripes in the Pool Green jacket. "
