"I have an extra wide foot, 10 eeee. Very hard time finding shoes/boots. Would this boot fit me, need something for snow and in what size?"

A:
"These are a normal width boot. I do not think they would be comfortable for you. Try our Columbia Bugaboot. It is the widest boot we carry: http://www.peterglenn.com/product/columbia-bugaboot-plus-wide-omni-heat%C2%AE-boot-mens"

Q:
"I wear an 11B. "B" widths are very hard to find. If I wore an extra thick pair of socks, would these boots fit me properly?"

Question by Will on 1/15/2012 - 4:12 pm
A:
"So true, B widths are very hard to find. If wearing an extra thick pair of socks normally works for you when wearing regular sized shoes, then it should work for this boot as well as this shoe is regular width. I would suggest wearing wool socks since you have more room in your boot. The wool will help keep your feet much warmer than regular cotton."

Q:
"I wear a size 10 sneaker and occasionally a 10.5 with certain brands. Does this boot run big or small? "

Question by Goose on 8/6/2012 - 12:56 pm
A:
"I would recommend starting with the 10. This boot does have a lot of insulation inside of it, however, it will pack out over time and become fitted to the shape of your foot. "

Q:
"should the uppers be treated with silicon spray or some other application?"
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by bob on 3/21/2016 - 5:32 pm
A:
"This boot comes pre-treated with a waterproof coating so initial application of a waterproofing spray is unnecessary. You will want to apply additional sprays after some use, or if you want to be 100% sure it is water tight. "
