The Bogner Fire + Ice Cecil-D Down Coat is a long, fitted down coat with gorgeous shape. It's also got a unique style touch at the top. The puffy collar is ruched, and can be worn either folded down or up around the neck. The collar is insulated, so when zipped up it feels like a cozy scarf. Fire + Ice used top-quality down insulation in the Cecil-D Coat, making it one of the warmest women's jackets out there. A long length protects against cold drafts, and water-resistant fabric guards against light precipitation.

"As this is a down jacket, the warmth rating is going to be about 10/10. It will keep you warm in temps below zero, especially if you layer properly."
